Your first week with QuantumOutbound is about warming up your account, monitoring activity, and making small adjustments. This roadmap shows you what to check during the first 7 days to ensure your campaigns start strong.

1. Confirm Setup

  • Complete the Get Started guide
  • Verify your Agent, Sender, and Tone of Voice are correct
  • Check company details, services, integrations, and personas
  • Make sure at least one Mission and Campaign is running

👉 A proper setup is the foundation for good results

2. Warm Up Activity

  • Review your campaign charts daily:

  • Invitations sent

  • Quotas used

  • Progress bars moving as messages go out

  • Expect slower results at first because invitations can take 2 to 14 days to be accepted

👉 Focus on steady activity, not instant replies

3. Monitor the Inbox

  • Aim for Inbox Zero so no message is left unanswered

  • Every reply must be handled: by you manually (or) with AI-suggested replies (or)with Autopilot for automatic responses and nurturing
  • Respond within 10 minutes where possible for higher engagement

4. Watch Key Metrics

  • Acceptance Rate

  • If low, review your LinkedIn profile and test with or without a connection note
  • Reply Rate

  • If low, check your sequence for long messages, wrong tone, or irrelevant value propositions
  • Adjust either the sequence or the solution settings if AI-generated messages feel off

  • Interested Rate

  • This is the most important metric
  • Review tagged conversations and confirm why prospects show interest

5. Adjust and Nurture

  • Refine profile, sequence, or solution info if metrics look poor
  • Activate Autopilot if prospects stop replying
  • Expect first meetings within 7 to 14 days. Autopilot can sometimes book them sooner
