Identifying Message Authors
Each member has their own version of QuantumOutbound, including separate campaigns. When viewing the inbox, you can see:
- Sender name: Shows who validated or sent the message.
- AI actions: If AI assisted in messaging, you’ll see tags like Reply by Autopilot Nurturing.
- Human validation: If a teammate manually validated a draft, their name is attached to the message.
This ensures clarity on whether the message came from a teammate or from the AI system.
