Member Roles and Permissions in Agents

Understand the difference between Admin and Member roles inside your QuantumOutbound Agent.

Updated 2 months ago

Overview

Agents in QuantumOutbound can include multiple teammates. Each teammate is assigned a role that defines their permissions. Roles ensure secure collaboration by controlling who can create, edit, or delete critical items.

Roles Explained

  • Member

  • Can create and read campaigns, lists, and conversations.

  • Cannot delete items.

  • Admin

  • Has full access to create, read, and delete campaigns, lists, and accounts.

  • Responsible for managing members and high-level settings.

Identifying Message Authors

Each member has their own version of QuantumOutbound, including separate campaigns. When viewing the inbox, you can see:

  • Sender name: Shows who validated or sent the message.
  • AI actions: If AI assisted in messaging, you’ll see tags like Reply by Autopilot Nurturing.
  • Human validation: If a teammate manually validated a draft, their name is attached to the message.

This ensures clarity on whether the message came from a teammate or from the AI system.

Key Takeaways

  • Members can’t delete; Admins can.
  • Each user has their own campaigns and inbox activity.
  • Messages clearly show whether they were handled by AI (Autopilot/Copilot) or by a human.
