If your campaigns show as “Disconnected,” it means QuantumOutbound no longer has access to your LinkedIn account. When this happens, no outreach or activities will run until you reconnect.

1. Why You Were Disconnected

The most common reasons are:

  • Expired cookie session - LinkedIn periodically ends sessions for security.
  • Logged out of LinkedIn - Signing out of LinkedIn also ends the QuantumOutbound session.

2. How to Reconnect

  • Go to your Campaigns page. You will see campaigns marked as Disconnected.
  • Click on any disconnected campaign.
  • Make sure you’re logged into both LinkedIn and QuantumOutbound in the same browser where the QuantumOutbound browser extension is installed.
  • Click Save to refresh your session.
